Our meal prep service combines expert fitness guidance with convenient and nutritious pre-made meal options that focus on using fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure the highest standards of taste and nutrition.

HOW IT WORKS

• Evaluation Form: Start by completing our meal prep evaluation form, which will give us a more in depth understanding of your fitness and nutritional goals. 

• Consultation: After your evaluation form is reviewed, we will contact you to schedule schedule a one-on-one consultation with one of our experts.

• Customized Meal Plan: Our team of certified personal trainers and nutritionists will collaborate with you to create a customized meal plan based on health and fitness goals.

• Orders: Orders must be placed by 9 p.m. (CST) on Thursdays. 

• Delivery: Orders are delivered between the hours of 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. (CST) on Mondays. 

• Pickups: Orders are available for pickup on Mondays between the hours of 9 a.m. -12 p.m. (CST)
